China Alliance of Radio, Film and Television and China Netcasting Services association (CNSA) released a model text of Chinese actors' employment contract, which sets new regulations about actors' remuneration and other labor income, the People's Daily reported on Saturday，

人民日报周六报道，中国广播电视社会组织联合会、中国网络视听节目服务协会发布了演员劳务合同范本，为演员片酬和其它劳动收入制定新规。

The instructions stipulate that actors' remuneration and other labor income shall not be paid in cash, and shall not be concealed in the form of disguised remuneration such as equity, real estate, jewelry, calligraphy and painting. personal income, studio operation income and company income shall also be strictly distinguished.

使用说明中规定，演员片酬和其它劳动收入不得用现金支付，不得用股份、房产、珠宝和字画等变相支付报酬形式隐藏收入。应严格区分个人收入、工作室经营所得和公司收入。
