打架、偷窃、吸毒？只要你意志坚定，就可以逆风翻盘

传记电影《突破极限》的主人公戈尔斯基就是在这样的环境中长大的少年，不堪的生长环境让戈尔斯基长成了一个打架斗殴、偷窃、甚至吸毒的少年，因为常年吸毒，年纪轻轻的戈尔斯基精神萎靡、颧骨突出、黑眼圈严重，那时候，戈尔斯基长这样：

看起来是不是很恐怖?吸毒真的可以毁掉一个人的一生!

This is not a fictional story, but the true life experience of Polish triathlete Gorski. Gorski was a man has nerves of steel , and the reason why he was able to overcome addiction and become an outstanding athlete was because he met a girl who loved him deeply.

这不是一个杜撰的故事，而是波兰铁人三项运动员戈尔斯基的真实人生经历。戈尔斯基是一个有着钢铁般意志的人，而他之所以能够成功戒掉毒瘾，成为一位优秀的运动员，是因为他遇到了一个非常爱他的女孩。

That girl was the daughter of a police chief, and she hopelessly fell in love with a drug addict. For the sake of her lover, she willingly descended into darkness, accompanying him in thefts, drilling holes for him to escape, and even becoming addicted to drugs.

那个女孩是警察局长的女儿，她不可救药地爱上了一个瘾君子。为了她的爱人，她自甘堕落，陪他去偷窃、为他钻洞逃跑、甚至为他染上毒瘾。

One day, one of Gorski’s friends died from a drug overdose. Seeing his friend’s lifeless body, he saw his own fate. But after a brief moment of shock, Gorski continued in his numbness, fighting and using drugs just as before.

有一天，戈尔斯基的一个朋友因为吸毒过量死了，看到他朋友的尸体，他仿佛就看到了自己的下场。但只是短短几秒的震撼之后，戈尔斯基依然打架、吸毒，过着和往日一样麻木的生活。

The transformation occurred when Gorski’s girlfriend became pregnant. Upon hearing the news, Gorsky was shocked and excited. He rushed home to share the good news with his mother, only to witness his father beating his mother instead.

转变发生在戈尔斯基的女友怀孕的时候，听到女友怀孕的消息，戈尔斯基是震惊的，是兴奋的，他跑回家想要和母亲分享这个好消息，却正好看到自己的父亲在殴打母亲。

This time, Gorski chose to fight back, but due to years of drug abuse, his body was already deteriorated and weakened. cursed him for being useless and injured him. 这一次，戈尔斯基选择了反抗，却因为常年吸毒身体早已腐败而不敌，父亲大骂他废物并打伤了他。

Later, while in the hospital getting his wounds stitched up, Gorski’s addiction flared up. He secretly stole all the morphine-containing drugs from the hospital. After being discovered, he was sent to prison.

之后，戈尔斯基在医院缝合伤口的时候，毒瘾发作，便偷偷去医院偷盗所有含有吗啡的药品，被发现后，他被送进了监狱。

没错，女友怀孕之后，戈尔斯基却因为偷盗进了监狱!怀孕的女友因此对他彻底失望。

After being released from prison,, Gorski decided to turn over a new leaf for his girlfriend and child, to become a good father. So he entered a rehabilitation center.

出狱后，戈尔斯基决定为了女友和孩子改过自新，当一个好爸爸，于是他走进了戒毒所。

In this rehabilitation center, people were ranked according to their progress. Those who just arrived had their heads shaved, did hard labor, and ate on the floor. Those who made mistakes had their heads shaved again and started from the lowest rank.

在这个戒毒所，人是分等级的，刚进来的人要剃光头发、干很多苦力活、吃饭也只能在地上吃。而犯错的人就要再次剃光头发，重新从最低等的人做起。

Despite this, Gorski persisted day after day. During the most challenging times, he relied on looking at a photo of his girlfriend to keep going.

尽管如此，戈尔斯基也一天天地坚持下来了，最难的时候，他就靠着看女友的照片撑过来了。

One year later, with the strength of his iron will, Gorski successfully overcame addiction and became an athlete. He even signed up for a triathlon race.

一年后，靠着钢铁般的意志，戈尔斯基成功战胜了毒瘾，并成为了一位运动员，还报名参加了铁人三项比赛。

那时候，戒毒成功的戈尔斯基长这样：

Unfortunately, his girlfriend couldn’t overcome her addiction and passed away. From then on, Gorski trained even harder, determined to prove himself and become a good father.

而他的女友却因为戒毒失败而离开了人世，从此，戈尔斯基更加努力地训练，就是为了证明自己、为了成为一个好的父亲。

However, life is unpredictable. One day, due to overtraining, Gorski lost focus and crashed into a truck while cycling. Unaware of his addiction, the nurses inadvertently injected him with morphine, triggering his addiction once again.

然而，天有不测风云。有一天，因为长时间的过度训练，骑车的戈尔斯基因为失神而撞上了一辆大卡车。护士在不知情的情况下，给他注射了含有吗啡的药物，戈尔斯基毒瘾又犯了。

醒来后，戈尔斯基坐在轮椅上，感到非常无助和颓废。命运对这个少年何其残酷，给了他完整的家庭却没有给他完整的爱，还一个个夺走了身边的朋友、爱人，好不容易从泥泞的坑底爬上来了，又被撞下去，一切得从头再来。

Luckily, this time he had a new group of people who cared for him – the hospital nurses, his coach, and even his girlfriend’s father. For the sake of his child, this man stood up again. He trained every day, fought against his addiction with willpower, and successfully participated in the triathlon race.

好在这个时候，他的身边有了一群新的关爱他的人，医院的护士、教练，甚至女友的父亲，为了自己的孩子，这个男人再次站起来了。他坚持每天训练，坚持靠意志力走出毒瘾，并成功参加了铁人三项运动比赛。

A few days before the race, even his coach advised him to give up because the organizers had increased the difficulty. But Gorski insisted on participating, regardless of the outcome.

比赛开始的前几天，连他的教练都劝他放弃，因为主办方加大了比赛的难度。但是，戈尔斯基坚持要去参加，不管结果如何。

During the race, Gorski’s feet were blistered from his shoes, blood flowing freely. He borrowed a knife from his coach and cut off the front of his shoes, exposing his toes, and continued moving forward. Gradually, the people around him diminished, and Gorski was left running alone.

比赛的过程中，戈尔斯基的脚被鞋子磨破了，鲜血直流，他向跟在后面的教练借了刀，切掉了鞋头，露出脚趾，并继续前行。渐渐地，身边的人越来越少，戈尔斯基还在一个人往前跑。

In the final scene of the movie, the finish line was in sight, but Gorski didn’t have the strength to stand up. He could only crawl on the ground with great difficulty. However, thinking of his girlfriend and child, he resolutely stood up and successfully reached the finish line, becoming the champion.

电影的最后，终点就在眼前，戈尔斯基却没有力气站起来，只能艰难地在地上爬行。最后，他想起了自己的女友和孩子，毅然站了起来，成功到达终点并获得冠军。

据说，电影的结尾和当年比赛的录像非常相似，这是一段非常真实的历史。

虽然电影《突破极限》比较冷门，很多电影网站上都难寻其踪迹，电脑上，这部电影在豆瓣上的评分达到了8.7分，是口碑很好的一部电影。
