温州民房倒塌致22死6伤

At least 20 people were killed after four six-storey buildings collapsed early on Monday morning in Wenzhou, East China’s Zhejiang Province, China central Television (CCTV) reported.

据CCTV报道，周一早间浙江温州四栋6层楼高建筑倒塌，造成至少20人死亡。

Local emergency services have pulled 26 people from the rubble, 20 of whom had already died, according to CCTV.

据CCTV报道，当地紧急救援队从倒塌废墟中找出了26人，其中20人已经死亡。

A 6-year-old girl was found alive in the protection of her parents’ arms and has been in a stable condition, but her parents were already dead before the rescue.

一名6岁女孩在其父母臂弯的保护下得以存活下来，目前情况稳定，但是她的父母在救援之前就已经不幸遇难了。

The four buildings, which made up a square compound located in central Lucheng’ industrial area, all collapsed at around 4 am on Monday, an eyewitness told the global Times on Monday.

本周一，据一名目击者向《环球时报》透露说，倒塌事故发生在周一早间大约4点的时候，这4栋建筑位于温州鹿城工业区，4栋建筑呈四方形布局。

"The houses were meant to be demolished four years ago," said Chen Jinpu, manager of the Renxin Pharmaceutical Store that stands opposite the compound.

4栋建筑对面有一家“仁心医药店”，该店老板陈经普（音）透露说：“这些房子本来四年前就应该被拆除。”

There were restaurants, a hair salon and a supermarket on the first storey of the buildings, with masses of uncovered wires hanging alongside, said Chen.

陈经普透露说，建筑第一层是一些饭店、一家理发店和一家超市，大量电线裸露在外。

Chen said most of the residents living in the compound were workers in the nearby industrial zones. "Most of the residents moved to other places when they were informed the buildings would be demolished."

据陈经普透露，复合楼里大多数居民都是附近工业区的工人。“当时被告知这些建筑要拆除的时候，大多数工人都搬到了别处。”

Chen said his store was closed due to the collapse after the police put barrier tape around the ruins.

据陈经普表示，在建筑倒塌警方拉起隔离带后，他的店铺也不得不关门歇业。

In videos Chen exclusively sent to the Global Times, dozens of local firefighters can be seen deployed to the rescue mission at the scene, as dust rises from the rubble.

在陈经普发给《环球时报》的独家视频里，几十名当地消防员被部署到现场参与救援任务，滚滚灰尘从废墟中升起。

The video also shows bulldozers being used, as well as the medical workers and police that have been assigned to the emergency.

从这份视频可以看出，现场还使用了推土机参与救援，医疗人员和警察也被委派到现场参与紧急救援任务。
